Time Based Fees

All of my fees are based on time. I don't physically have anything tangible to offer you, only my services.

All time is billed at $40/hr.

How much time and thus what fee would your project be? That starts as an unknown. As I become aware of your needs and have enough details about your needs, then I can give you a cost. That cost will be final and I will stand by a final cost as given.

However, it is not always possible to give a cost on some projects. See "More Complicated Projects" below.

Larger, More Complicated Projects:

On more complicated projects, costs can not be accurately predicted. In such cases an agreement is reached between j.t.a.c. and the client whereby a running, accurate "tab" of time spent is cataloged and payment is made at $500 intervals.

Also, for most clients I work with over time, the running tab of time is the most common method of billing and payment. They trust me. You may not know be but you will find out I am honest. No extra time is ever spent and no extra cost is ever billed. I simply wish to be paid for my time and I will spend my time on your projects in the best was possible.
